My cousin had a dual stick setup with feedback. Now that was some rig to play MW on. Me, I once managed to play through all of MW4 with just the keyboard. The tactic was to ram the other mechs so the couldn’t run away, dump all your lazers and ballistics on their cockpit, and go full speed reverse as they were about to explode.

YES! Huge Mechwarrior/Battletech fan here, and my brother even more so....not a big fan of the direction Mechwarrior Online has gone though....

Mechwarrior 2 and then Ghost Bears Legacy were the two games that got me into computer gaming, I remember watching the opening cinema scene for Mech 2 and being blown away....

Still gives me chills in a way, and considering how dated it is, I still think it’s just as effective at that...I still know all the words off by memory. The desperate radio dispatcher at the end there just makes the video too.

So friggin sweet. MechWarrior 3 and Delta Force 2 were some of the first games I ever played online. Hell, remember Game Spy? I remember when it first came out, that was... god... 20 years ago...

These were my favorite games for long time. I still think that they are among the best. The MechWarrior 2: Mercenaries was a disappointment as it was released with a huge numbers of bugs.

Same I drift in and out of MWO as well, although I’m not a fan of the perks system....an energy Cataphract is my personal ride. :)
